How to Apply with East West Services
Although the enrolment process varies based on your chosen college or university’s requirements and your financial needs, the following process provides an overview of the application process. Please note, early application is advised to secure your place and to increase your chances of obtaining your first-choice host institution.

Free counselling Service
After establishing your needs and goals for studying abroad our counsellors will explain in detail every step of the application process and guide you all the way. The counsellor will ensure you avoid potential errors and send the very best possible application to your chosen school/college/university.

Choose University/Institute
Our aim is to ensure that your study destination meets your requirements and we will help you make the decision about which university you apply. Your personal consultant will assess your academic background and suggest three universities where you will be able to secure offers. Our consultants will review and edit your personal statement, CV, reference letters and application forms. We will then send your completed application form to the universities.

Evidence of English Language
As part of the entry requirements for international students they must prove their English ability with a recognised English language qualification like IELTS. For some courses you may not need to provide your English qualification when you apply as the school can give a conditional offer with the condition a specified level of English expressed in IELTS. If the score you achieve is below the university entry requirement then it maybe that you can attend a pre-sessional course in the UK. So it is important to keep in close contact with your counsellor who can advise what options are available to you. Most of the universities require 6.0 TO 6.5 bands of IELTS for application processing and for UK visa it is also a requirement for Tier 4 General students.

Documents Preparation
Your counsellor will go through everything you need to prepare for your admission application. Your counsellor will review and edit your personal statement, CV, reference letters and application forms, sample will be provided where necessary. We will then send your completed application the universities online. It is very rare that application are sent by post but where needed for instance portfolio needs to be posted then the postage will need to be paid for.

Interview with University Representative
We ensure that our students gain access to as much information as possible and can speak to university representatives directly to discuss admission, scholarships or other relevant information, students can speak to University representative during the seminars or we arrange online open day where student can speak to University representative through video calling from our offices.

Offer Letters & payment of fee
University / Institute will process application for relevant intake and issues conditional or unconditional offers, and we will assist you in accepting the right offer with details on how to pay your initial deposit. Student need to send any outstanding documents to university if required. After payment of deposit, university will issue the CAS or unconditional offer for visa purpose. Your counsellor will assist and guide you how to pay the deposit.

Visa Application process
If you wish to study abroad, it is important you hold the appropriate visa. For UK Tier 4 (General) student visa or your Tier 4 (Child) student visa is required to study as course. We will provide you with complete information and guidance as you begin the complex and time-consuming process of applying for your student visa. Your counsellor will give you comprehensive guidance regarding visa application updates, requirements and forms.

Accommodation arrangements
Once you have received your visa then your East West Consultants counsellor will help you to apply for accommodation. The counsellor will provide a thorough analysis of the accommodation options so that you can choose the most suitable place to live. There are different types of accommodation available, like private accommodation, university accommodation, homestay accommodation etc.

Pre-departure briefing
So that you don’t suffer from culture shock and can adapt the new environment we provide a Pre-Departure Briefing for every student we help study abroad. This briefing will provide practical information about many of the situations you will face when you first arrive at your destination. The Pre-departure briefing may cover issues like social life, culture, part time work, accommodation, weather, health services, transportation etc.
